All our orders are shipped insured, handled by DHL or UPS courier and require a signature upon delivery. We therefore do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours : Monday through Friday from 07:00 am - 04:00 pm C.E.T., excluding holidays.
The orders are manufactured and shipped within approximately 10-20 business days. This does not include delivery time of 2 to 7 business days to North American destinations. We strive to dispatch orders within the estimated time frame, but during times of high demand, there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your package. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
