Shipping Europe

All our orders are shipped insured, handled by DHL courier and require a signature upon delivery. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 07:00 am - 04:00 pm C.E.T. ( Central European Time ), excluding holidays.

Most orders are manufactured and shipped within approximately 10-20 business days. This does not include delivery time of 1-7 days to European destinations.

We do our best to ship within this time frame, however due to the exceptional circumstances caused by the pandemic, delivery of your parcel might be slightly delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping charges: 

• European Union: Order amount < € 250            €   30,00 (DHL courier)
• European Union: Order amount > € 250            €     0,00 (DHL courier)
• Other European Countries:   Shipping charges are calculated automatically in your shopping cart. Non E.U. customers will have to pay import duties, taxes and/or other fees on receipt of the parcel. These are not included in our shipping costs.
