How to measure?

Do you allow for shrinkage?
Yes. All cottons will shrink to some extent, but we anticipate this by cutting our products larger (±2–5%) to allow for shrinkage. Please read our measuring guide on how to measure for a product and how to enter the correct size.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and offers can be found here. Shipping rates do not include import tax and duties.
What are your shipping charges?

What are your processing and delivery times?
All orders are personalised. Processing times are approximately 10 to 20 business days (delivery time of 2–7 business days excluded). For rush orders, please contact us or add a note at checkout. For more information on shipping costs and delivery times, please click here.
Why don't you accept returns?
Each order is made to the customer's specifications (size and colour) and is therefore non-returnable.
Is it possible to purchase additional items?
Additional items are available in combination with each comforter cover or sheet set. It is possible to add an extra fitted sheet, top sheet, or pillowcases to your order.
Can I buy your products in bulk?
Yes. For bulk orders and wholesale pricing, please feel free to contact us.
I am a reseller — can you add my own label?
Yes. You can provide us with your own label and/or packaging, or we can arrange this for you for bulk orders (over 500 pieces). For more information on private labelling, please feel free to contact us.
