Shipping Europe

All our orders are shipped insured, handled by DHL or UPS courier and may require a signature upon delivery. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 07:00 am - 04:00 pm C.E.T. ( Central European Time ), excluding holidays.

Most orders are manufactured and shipped within approximately 10-20 business days. This does not include delivery time of 1-5 days to European destinations.

We strive to dispatch orders within the estimated time frame, but during times of high demand (for example Christmas holidays), there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your package. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping charges:

  • European Union: € 6,90 (DHL courier)
  • United Kingdom: £ 10,00 (DHL courier)
  • Rest of Europe (incl. Switzerland, Norway, Iceland): € 20,00 (DHL courier)
  • Shipping charges apply per order, regardless of the order amount.
  • Non E.U. customers will have to pay import duties, taxes and/or other fees on receipt of the parcel. These are not included in our shipping costs.
