How to measure my bed for the right bedding size?

How to measure for the perfect tablecloth?

Tablecloths come in a range of colors, styles, prints, and shapes, but it makes a massive difference if you choose a tablecloth that’s the right size. Typically, other companies will offer a range of standard sizes, but we can provide a selection of made-to-measure tablecloths. For this type of order, we’ll need accurate measurements. Can I order Alaskan king bedding?

Beds don’t get much larger than an Alaskan king. With a bed of such proportions, finding sheets that fit can be rather challenging. We’re able to make flat sheets, fitted sheets, and duvet covers with or without a border depending on the size of your king bed. Why wouldn’t the ordering tool accept my measurements?

Our fabrics are extra wide width. There is a limit however to the measurements our online ordering tool can accept. For example, it might not accept your measurements if they are overly large. The limit for one dimension (width or length) is 116”, for example W130 x L116 inches, or W116 x L125. What is a duvet cover?

A duvet cover is a flat bag or case that slips over a duvet insert or comforter. The removable cover has an opening at the feet with zipper closure. The duvet insert is not included.

What is the best material for sheets?

While size is a crucial factor in finding the perfect bedding, the color and type of material you choose will also affect the comfort, style, and wearability.

Material made using natural fibers is far superior to man-made fibers such as polycottons and other blends. Choose your custom bedding from our natural range of 100% cotton percale, percale Egyptian cotton, or sateen Egyptian cotton, and your bedding will be comfortable, crisp, and fresh. At the same time, they also let your body breathe, which is crucial if you want a good night’s sleep.

Our high-quality Oeko Tex certified cotton fabrics are available in a wide range of cool and trendy colors. The color combinations and mix-and-match possibilities are endless.

Do you allow for shrinkage?

Yes. Both the pure linen as well as the 100% cotton fabrics will shrink to some extent, but we anticipate this by cutting our products larger (depending on the type of fabric approximately 2-5%) to allow for shrinkage. Are the colors true to life?

The images you find on our website are a close representation of how your bedding colors will look. However, because this representation is digital, there could be some variation between what you see on your screen and the final, finished product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Learn more about our shipping rates and offers.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be automatically displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping rates do not include import tax and duties.

What are your processing and delivery times?

All orders are personalized. Processing times are approximately 10 to 20 business days (delivery time of 2-7 business days excluded). For rush orders, please contact us or add a note at check out. See more information on shipping costs and delivery times.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once you have placed your order, it is impossible to cancel or change it. This is because we start the manufacturing process as soon as you place your order. Therefore, it is vital that you check any measurements carefully and make sure the color or design you’re ordering is the right one.

Where can I see my order status?

You can follow the status of your order in your registered account. If you’ve used the guest checkout option, you need to enter both your email address and the order number (ID) in the bottom right-hand corner of our online store.

If you see the symbol ‘taken in production’ (icon hourglass) this means you’ve placed your order and payment has been received. The status will change once your order has been manufactured and is ready for shipment. We give no updates while the order is in process.

How to retrieve my account?

If you’ve forgotten or misplaced the username and password for your account, it is possible to retrieve it. You can retrieve your account details by providing us with the email address you used when registering for an account.

You can also reset your password very simply. Click ‘Forgot Your Password’ at the bottom of the account login popup window and enter the email address you use to get into your account. Click ‘Send,’ and we’ll send you a password reset confirmation straight away.

When you get the email, log in to your account and enter a new password!

Where is my purchase confirmation email?

As soon as you place your order, we will send an email to confirm the order and payment details. We include the details of your order in an attachment to this email. We make all our products to order, so you must check the details for accuracy and notify us immediately if there are any errors.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder in case it is there. If you still can’t find it, contact our customer service.

Why don't you accept returns?

All our products are tailored for you, the customer. None of our products can be bought off the shelf.

As each order is made to your specifications (size and color), it is non-returnable or exchangeable. Only in exceptional circumstances would we contemplate a custom product return and replacement, for example, if an item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing flaw.

Is it possible to purchase additional items?

Yes. Additional items are available in combination with each comforter/duvet cover or sheet set. It is possible to add an extra fitted sheet, top sheet, or pillow cases to your order.

How to wash my sheets?

If you want to enjoy the perfect night’s sleep, you should wash your bed sheets regularly to ensure they are spotlessly clean, fresh, and nice-smelling.

Can I buy your products in bulk?

Yes. For bulk orders and wholesale pricing, please feel free to contact us.

I am a reseller. Can you add my own label?
