Chat Assistant and Privacy

Our website offers a chat assistant that answers questions about our products, sizes and prices. When you use it, the text of your messages is processed by Anthropic, which generates the answers, and by OpenAI, which helps us find the relevant information. These providers process your messages on our behalf for this purpose only.

We keep a record of chat conversations for up to 90 days to review them and improve our service. Before a conversation is stored, we automatically remove contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers. Please do not share payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

If you use the microphone in the chat, your recording is sent to OpenAI when you stop recording, to be converted into text. We do not keep the recording: only the resulting text is stored, in the same way as a typed message. OpenAI does not use it to train its models.

If you upload a drawing or photo of your mattress or bed shape, it is processed by Anthropic to read the shape and measurements so that we can prepare your quote. We keep a copy of the drawing so that we can check it against your order. A member of our team also reviews it before production to check the shape.
